										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently, a pregnant student asked what she could eat to start the day that is quick,tasty and nutritious. Here is my recipe for my morning shake that I drink daily to jump start my day.</p>
<p>Antioxidant Smoothie</p>
<p>1 medium banana<br />
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk<br />
2 TBS ground flaxseed<br />
1/2 raw avocado<br />
1 cup Sunrise Grower Organic Mixed Berries<br />
2 cups Earthbound Organic Deep Green Blends<br />
2 TBS Nutribiotic Rice Protein Powder</p>
<p>Here is the nutritional information for this vegan power shake:<br />

<p>The organic mixed berries and greens are available at Costco. Although purchased fresh, I put the greens in the freezer.I mix all these ingredients in a Nutribullet, but I imagine it will mix well in any blender. This shake tastes great,takes 3 minutes to make, travels easily and offers so much nutrition in one glass. Try it-you&#8217;ll love it.
